Shipping to the US

We lived in Florida before moving our workshop to the south of France in Mollégès, and we still build for American homes. Every piece is made by hand in solid oak in France, then shipped to your address in the United States. US import duties and taxes are included in our US prices, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Our prices are set in euros. At checkout you can pay in US dollars, and the exact shipping cost is shown before you confirm your order. For custom pieces, shipping is confirmed with your quote.

Duties and taxes

Since 2025, every parcel entering the United States is subject to import duties, whatever its value. We take care of them for you. Duties, customs clearance and brokerage fees are included in our US prices, so the carrier will not ask you for any payment on delivery.

If a carrier ever contacts you about a customs charge, do not pay it. Write to us and we will settle it directly.

How long it takes

Our furniture is made to order. Allow 4 to 6 weeks between your order and delivery. This covers building and finishing your piece in our workshop, crating, transport to the US and customs clearance.

We email you when your piece leaves the workshop and again when it arrives in the US, with the carrier's contact details to schedule delivery.

Custom dimensions or finishes can take longer. We confirm the timeline with your quote.

How your furniture arrives

Each piece travels in a protective wooden crate or reinforced packaging built for it.
Delivery is curbside: the carrier brings the crate to the front of your home. You will need to bring it inside and unpack it, so we recommend having two people available.
The carrier calls or emails you ahead of time to agree on a delivery day.
If your piece needs simple assembly, such as attaching a base to a top, instructions are included.

When your order is delivered

Please check the packaging before the driver leaves. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take a few photos and email us as soon as possible. We will work with you and the carrier to put it right.

Solid oak is a natural material. Variations in grain, color and small knots are part of each piece and are not defects.

Returns

Because each piece is made to order, please read our refund policy before ordering, and contact us with any question about sizes or finishes. We are happy to send extra photos or finish details.

We work with interior designers in the US and can build to your drawings, dimensions and finish. Contact us for trade pricing and lead times on your project.
